The health and safety of our guests is our top priority, which is why we strictly adhere to all protection measures.

The apartments are thoroughly disinfected before each guest's arrival, following health protocols. All disinfections, both of outdoor and indoor spaces, are performed using certified cleaning and disinfecting products. Every room and apartment space is sealed after preparation to ensure it is ready to welcome the next guest. We will welcome you to a comfortable and hygienically safe environment.

Checkout is at 11:00 a.m., and check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., allowing for thorough cleaning of the apartments. If there is no arrival scheduled for the same apartment on the day of your departure, checkout times can be arranged to suit your needs.

Regarding room air conditioning, all units are standalone and not part of a central ventilation system. Each unit has been maintained, sanitized, and will be disinfected after each guest’s departure. Our rooms are meticulously cleaned so that every guest arrives to find a safe, spotless environment.
